  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
